We've had this conversation before, but I agree with those who feel that sherritt's reporting is overly complex. On the positive side, this is how it seems they presently are hidinf some of their true value which will help us with the RSU issue. At some point however they need to take the covers off all this.  

A couple points on quick review. I think they've change some aspects of the reporting and actually improved it a bit. They seem to have more details around the RSU/PSU/DSU valuations, vesting dates, and liabilities.  Ndcc of $7 was a suprise.  Though I can find the JV information including quite a rise in inventory,  I cannot seem to find JV working capital number that many of us are fixated on.  Anyone help me here?

I think they are just calculating the working capital based on the balance sheet found on page 135. The rise is due to inventory (cobalt) and other current asset (whatever that may be).   Cash is flat.
