Value Hiding In Plain Sight!

Opportunity is found in things that have been orphaned or to "complex" for the average investor to understand.  That is the whole idea of value investing.  In the case of SCN, at this point in time, we have both.    

Couple of other interesting side notes:

1.  Company believes it has now found enough gas to fully supply Boca plant.  

2.  Company discovered they have the right to appoint every second CEO at Moa (Leon discovered this in re reading the agreement) and will now exercise that right and appoint a CEO of their choosing.

You are viewing this as a positive? For me it is absolutely confidence shattering that they just happen to "discover" some thing, oh...uhm... so trivial as alternating CEO appointments to the JV. For me this is terrifying.  Like absolutely terrifying. What sort of company would somehow forget a detail like this?  so despite this sort of bumbling, I remain very confident however

Well I guess the good news is that Leon found it within about one year while Pathe was too busy swimming naked in his vault of comp for ten years.
