Couple of Follow Up Points

This site seems f'd up this AM but a couple of follow up points:

#1 If you were managing your affairs through a period when a previous heavy award of RSUs/PSUs were being priced and settled you might throw any discretionary items you could (timing of environmental liability accrual) against your results (remember the heavy influence of deferred comp will disappear after this Q and earnings will be more relevent (you can't eat earnings btw - but you can eat free cash flow delivered upstream).

#2 Nobody said Pathe or previous management didn't know that SCN had the right to elect every second Moa CEO.  Things were stable in this regard during his tenure and SCN had their own CCO. I'm simply saying that at a time of transition Leon has identified this "right" and is acting upon it. Relax.

It is exactly precisely what you, 'nobody', said: "Company discovered they have the right to appoint every second CEO at Moa (Leon discovered this in re reading the agreement) and will now exercise that right and appoint a CEO of their choosing."

yup.  like 107% vs 100% par.  semantics.  I do acknowledge contrarian as quite an authority on this site.  however, like all of us mortals, if he misspeaks or get something wrong it would be nicer if he owned it rather than denying he said it.

well my dear........I hate to break it to you but I don't think he responds to your queries and retorts because he probably has you on ignore............
