Their Co forcast (surplus past 2027) is v depressing....
: ( and fertilizer down too...... Are we stuck with NDCC in the high $6's and EPS annulized to approx 12-15c/share?????? Plus volumes/grades will be down all year as they work out issues....

Yes I think having Clearwater is a big positive. Hopefully they can hold the leaders more accountable. I also think we can do our part and that is also why I'm on this board. To gain insight into how we as a fellow shareholders and owners of this company can do our part to make it right.

The embargo is probably the most important piece of this puzzle followed by debt. Balance sheets can go either way dependant on forecasts and trends.

The bonds are already cheap...83 cents on the dollar. Garbage company. As always, small miners do only one thing...pad the wallets of the management. 35 cents coming soon I'm sure.

It is not necessarily just sitting there to be distributed. They have cap-ex associated with their expansion/slurry plant etc. Asthey have stated many times, this is all internally funded within the JV.
