Normal Course Issuer Bid vs Issuer Bid
NCIB - open market, no set proce, limits on daily monthly, and 12month volume and amount. 10% of float
Issuer Bid - SET PRICE, not on open market, it is like a tender.

Given how high NDCC is for the remainder of the year I suspect they will hold on to cash until next year when they start receiving Cobalt dividends again. keep in mind they have to pay for corporate costs, technologies, and interest payments with their current cash.

We are talking Q1 of 2024 here after the next PIK payment so they will be receiving that year's Cobalt payments at that time.....

At current NDCC and nickel prices they would be receiving no Cobalt divs.
