Between Russia and then China lining up behind Cuba, I don't think we're going to see Sherritt breakout of the embargo hell that the US has imposed on them.

Yes thats correct but think of the advantages if Sherritt actually had access to the BIGGEST ECONOMY in the world just 90 miles away! PLEASE tell me you can see that benefit?  Now they ship to Canada, to Fort then to Japan and Europe.  That's ~15000 km in either direction. All that travel's gotta hit the bottom line.  It certainly isn't shipped for free and passing

So what's the explanation of showing in thier financials almost 400 million of nickel and cobalt sitting in inventory. That's a lot of money sitting there loosing interest income or other benefits. What well run business of this size has 400 million sitting in unsold inventory. Sounds a little fishy to me. But I suspect it's because thier buyers are few and far between because of the

I would agree. It could also be that things are slowing down and the GLUT of nickel already on the market satisfied anemic demand.  By adding more to the GLUT would only push prices down further.

Strato Valid point about the $400M in inventory. On the flip side, realized prices on sales line up with market prices, so at least they are not selling product at a discount like Russia is forced to do with oil since the Ukrain conflict.
