*wee.  But honestly I feel we are defying gravity a touch at the moment.  If after May 3 we learn that this tender was fully subscribed, or better yet oversubscribed, then there should be reason to go a little higher.  but the present price action surprises me.

I doubt their tender will free up many shares other than them tendering their current 2% stake in to the offer themselves.  Their offer many end up being increased and retail holders aren't going to want to have tendered to a 37 c offer if subsequently there is going to be a higher offer on the table.
