I am confused. What slate is being proposed exactly? If you want to vote for Mark, who are you voting against? Who are you voting off the island? How do you do it?

This is an honest / serious question.  How is one logistically meant to do it??  I am looking fir an answer from someone smarter than me re these sorts of things.
