Starcore International Mines Ltd > Blow out Q1 earnings!

Blow out Q1 earnings!

I only expected a slight profit for Q1, but earnings were amazing!  Earnings were US$.74M.

Starcore made a profit per equivalent ounce of $740k / 2.895k = $255 profit per equivalent ounce with gold averaging $1831.

Annualized the profit would be US$2.96M.  With a market cap of US$11.3M, that would be a P/E of 3.8.

In addition, the company has $5M in cash and the El Creston Property which an old feasibility study assigned an NPV of $485M.  There is also the "Opodepe project", which includes El Creston and surrounding properties.

alftanner i understand you but me i have no problem with it yes maybe it is standard to report it in us dollars but income statement is always very clear about the fact that it is in cad dollar maybe you could contact them and ask if they can make the report in cad dollar as well as in us dollar
