POTENTIAL JOINT VENTURE INCOMING !

Lastly, the balance of the exploration budget of US$500,000 will be allocated towards new opportunities where Starcore has been invited to participate in potential joint ventures, such as the gold and silver project called California located in Durango, Mexico, a concession of 3,211 hectares, which is part of the mineralization trend of the San Dimas District.

It sounds like it's in the area of First Majestic. Though what kind of meaningful JV are you going to buy for 500K? Need details on this "California JV" but not hopeful.  Toiyabe was close to major mines but never did anything for Starcore. The disposition for shares in Westward Gold was probably the right move. Look to the figure: 45000 tons at 9.66 grams/ton gold and 350 grams/ton silver = almost 14000 oz of gold and 500000 oz of silver. Could be an extra source of income.

I'm assuming that they are not going forward with developing  a gold/silver resource after the ...more

They are doing a study with that 500K to confirm the presence of a copper porphry at depth, i think little holes will be drilled at this point. Also 500k maybe looks small but they need to carefully deploy the money and that is what they are doing right now in my opinion, we know now that there is gold and silver on the Creston property, if we now can confirm that there is a copper porphry at ...more

I think we don't have to worry about this work. I assume in about 2-3 weeks the takeover bid from 0.35 will be officially announced. We see it in the current price development and the share price, which should usually be 30 - 40% lower a few days before the ( 0.35 ) offer. IMHO
