Well, reading all the post from multiple sites nobody is really happy about the private placement and the CEO broke the line of trust from various shareholders.. but have patience, hope they have a good reason to do this, and have a good purpose for the money we have in the bank. All we can is wait and see, the company is still undervalued even with the private placement.

Is it immoral?

Personally yes i think it is such a large private placement at such low prices.

It very clearly is immoral. Potentially even illegal, but I have no expertise in Canadian securities law. They have very clearly stated that they believe the company to be worth far North of 35 cents per share. According to the press release they have to post a filing within 10 days to explain how this is fair with regard to minority shareholders (at least that is my understanding based on the

You know the problem is these guys can manipulate the stockprice wherever they want, the stockprice is now clearly under pressure. Maybe they want bad attention so we agree for the takeover, maybe not and they are just greedy, maybe they want more control in the company for any take over so they can block it... we don't know.
