Before they allow this stock to enter the rocket launch stage, they have to load up the right players with shares.  Unfortunately, it is impossible to buy shares on the open market, so the only way to get the shares out to the right players was to print them.  This is the game they play.  If they are planning to launch this stock, the current share holders will benefit greatly.  The players who got the cheap shares and warrants will benefit even more.  That is how the game is played.

nice talk but not true if you talk as a ceo about shareholder value and we all know the company is undervalued and that we have 8 million in cash and you post videos on twitter about non dilutive exploration how could somebody with a sane mind do a private placement of this magnitude even with warrants at 20 cents? you need to have a really good reason to do such thing. and yes i am still angry

himmligr, there is no integrity in the world of mico cap stocks.  It is all just a game, and the big players change the rules as needed.  Individual investors are just along for the ride.  Someone wanted shares of this company for some reason.  We have to wait and see what their plans really are.  They are not going to tell us.
