if you talk as a ceo about shareholder value and we all know the company is undervalued and that we have 8.5 million in cash and you post videos on twitter about non dilutive exploration how could somebody with a sane mind do a private placement of this magnitude even with warrants at 20 cents? you need to have a really good reason to do such thing. and yes i am still angry about it i feel cheated because if you are a ceo and you dont want to touch the cash in the bank and are all about shareholder value you do a private placement at 40 cents to send a message to the market with no fking warrants and take the fking risk you know what this is a management team with an undesirable hunger for money from the back of shareholders tell me why did arca sell his shares in 2021? because they maybe knew back then that they were going to do this? Fully agree with the emotional posts and the rational posts. A large part of the power is derived from the FIAT financial system in my view. Safe in physical gold / self-custodied bitcoin etc. to take that power away.
