to be fair - article from 2017 .. but does not change the fact it is # 9 in the world.. and as luck would have it .. 4 years later .. it is opening soon.. next election June 2022 .. thinking current pres. will want one year in on this so june 1 2021 or earlier for opening announcememnt  thanks for the news ...

This article is from 2016. SAU still has to produce a Feasibility Study before it can be approved. No news on that yet, except a single line in MDA
