Convert M/I to Proven/Probable per SEC Regulations

By a third party qualified engineering company producing a Preliminary/Final/Bankable (whatever) Feasibility Study.   Stock would be $2.00 or more and might attract a real mining company.  What's the problem?  This "resource" has been known for decades.

What's keeping the price down is the current ban on open pit mining in the country. Which we see that being lifted soon if you bother to read any of the articles posted here. Yes I did thank you.   It does not provide who the qualified engineering firm was, the date of study completion, the term "pre-feasibility" which I assume is "preliminary", no all-in cost, total capital requirements, length of construction, "feasibilty-level project slated to commence construction 2016"-what is that and did it happen?, and other oddly missing ...more

In the pdf above it says that there was a smaller scale mine project study that was completed Q4 2015. Thank you double-checking me. Additionally, a NI 43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) does not establish compliant mineral (proven/probable) ore reserves. There are only two potential up coming events (aside from political and regulatory happenings) that should be exciting specifically regarding the project: 1.  Completion of a compliant Preliminary/Final Feasibility Study ...more
