Adding additional economic burden on the mining industry is a good idea during the ban? This is another example why major miners avoid the Philippines. Won't effect Kingking because no one is and will continue to be interested. Too many technical, economic, environmental and political issues. Primarily lack of capital, grade, complex metallurgy/recovery
