My guess ...

5 cents by Friday ... unless people play the news for Monday .. published DENR / IRR report. I'm sure Manilla Bulletin is correct at this point ... open pit mining ban stays in play. Looks like people know it's a dead duck - getting out slowly so the stock does not dump to 2 cents withn hours .. avoids a trading halt too.
