*link below...Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Director Wilfredo Moncano said in a text message that AO 25 was published on August 9, 2021. I thought that meant law would take effect irr still a mystery as it is not published anywhere

Ya - tough read here... IMO but I think the Villars or someone close to them will run in June 2022 and push this through then - I think we both agree a good time to re-visit this is like next March or so?? 2, 3, 4 cents  Anyway - good to have you on board here - one of the few sane ones here hahaha. I'll keep an eye but I think any further posting here is moot at this point. Unless of
