So that valued the common shares @ $8.15 before distributions....
so value fo the commons after distributions coming on the 14th would be $8.05
Not much movement today, so basically would be within a penny of that number today.
That puts the premium @ $1.45 on the common shares. Or a premium of about 18%.
Fair amount of safty, but quite a low yield @ 12.65 % ... at least compared to BK, FTN etc....or even LCS which trades at a discount.
