Sleepy split

One of the sleepier splits that actually is worth holding. Consistent payout with cap gain opportunity. Doesn't seem to attract many traders as volume is light.

Still trading below pre-covid levels and 38% below the 2022 high before rates started their ascent. Any rate drops will move this up. Long term chart since 2009 shows higher lows and higher highs.

I hold both, from a cap gain perspective, SBC recently has outperformed BK. Loving both. Whenever this market decides to let some gas out and/or panic sets in, these will continue to pump out monthly income.
