It may not be the bottom until the tax loss and/orcdisgruntledsellers have all sold but relativetosomeothers it's not expensive IMO. (I'm not a long term investor on this one, only interested to make a buck). The only fundamental issue they have is the lackoffreetradingshares and consequent lack of volume. Buying back shares exacerbates the problem.
