I assume the other major shareholders of Pipestone are attempting to exercise their dissent rights. If they don't get consideration for all their holdings, I would expect more shares to fiind their way to the market.... maybe a flood!!

Another question .... when is Waterous going to put paper in the hands of it's investors???
