Great presentation! My highlights: CMR also focusses on Rare Earths (magnet feed materials, used in EVs) Look at those EBITDAs!! The HPA project is almost as big as Nyngan (1st stage, 37,5 tpa) ESG credits will be used to differentiate products (a huge marketing advantage); the LME prices they used in financial projections may be very conservative! If most of the debt is owed to employees it could be arranged through terms to wipe it clean as soon as funding happens or with shares. So they may have cleared a large portion of it away. Those cap Ex numbers for HPA plant and the CMR refinerey should not scare you it would be small beer to many PE firms to get the potential growth.
