Never trust headlines, what's likely playing out in Serbia is theft writ-large of the asset after Rio does all the heavy lifting. Rio can that it to an international court and should. They deny Rio access to the asset and later steal the asset. Happens in Albania all the time. Serbia will produce lithium it just won't be Rio doing it.
