Scandium International Mining Announces Private Placement

RENO, NV / ACCESSWIRE / April 19, 2022 / Scandium International Mining Corp. (TSX:SCY) (the "Company") announces a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to 33,333,333 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.09 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to C$3,000,000.

Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at a price of C$0.1075 per share for a period of five years from the date of closing.

The Company intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for general working capital purposes. Closing of the private placement is subject to the acceptance of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The Company's largest shareholder, Scandium Investments LLC, has agreed to participate in the private placement in an amount of US$500,000.

Well George certainly is not running the show anymore. One thing about him was that he was very good at minimizing dilution with his infrequent/selective pp's. I'm not a fan of this particular one at this particular time: we get a decent sized raise to keep moving BUT at the lowest the sp has been in a year and a half, and with warrants thrown in too. I fear a roll-back is the cards here.

This is a complete reshuffle but with a stronger hand. George has brought us a long way, from fighting farmers, mining lease in Australia,Scandium properties in Norway, patents, loi's and our foot in the door with Barrick and doing it all with little cash or help. You get all that for .10 cents because nobody knows we're here. We have deep pockets driving the bus now, let's see how ...more

Ok - two quick News Releases - if they stay true to their pattern another News Release soon - and then us waiting again for months waiting for Just Around the Corner to be turned.
