as per the previous release, Inception was owned by a Russian kingpin.

Inception has assets beside Velvet which was rumored to be targeted by Lukoil.

I wonder if the move on Inception was in mind the Russians were interested.

Haven't seen an update since the "story" broke.

Can you please provide a link to that "previous release" or you meant to say as per previous speculation. Spartan said two people from Inception will be joining its board. I see no connection between those two names and the so-called Russian kingpin and a few other Russians, probably his employees all based in Jacksonville Florida, who where once listed as Inception chairman and board

The kingpin you mentioned is Igor Makarov.
