Lukoil story & Spartan

as per the previous release, Inception was owned by a Russian kingpin.

Inception has assets beside Velvet which was rumored to be targeted by Lukoil.

I wonder if the move on Inception was in mind the Russians were interested.

Haven't seen an update since the "story" broke.

Can you please provide a link to that "previous release" or you meant to say as per previous speculation. Spartan said two people from Inception will be joining its board. I see no connection between those two names and the so-called Russian kingpin and a few other Russians, probably his employees all based in Jacksonville Florida, who where once listed as Inception chairman and board ...more

that story and also andrew mccreath's story from last month which suggested velvet was being targeted by lukoil.  inception had acreage beside velvet. story was started by haywood i think.  tara weber broke the report on bnn.

The kingpin you mentioned is Igor Makarov.
