Back in March Josh Young wrote an article on Seeking Alpha about Spartan and its acquisition of Montney assets. He was critical about the co easily agreeing to issue a lot more share than originally proposed, raising a lot more cash than needed to finance the acquisition. He suggested it was dilutive, unless the company makes a favourable accretive acquisition, instead of ending the year with more ...more
