clever management

i applaud management for opening up a process prior to genuflecting to the market with excessive distributions . Would not be suprized to see this taken out or merged with existing player as its still effectively under the radar ( to generalist investors). Dangerous to trade this and time market. A cold winter and the analyst targets could be met quickly. There was a danger that traders would exit once x dividend. Clever managment!

glad to have been here since mid single digits.

The CEO will most likely sell the company, so he will make a very high return in a couple of years. Read between the lines. He did the same thing with the previous company (Spartan) where he was the COO.
