I checked out Rudi's transactions, as it wouldn't make sense for him to be decreasing his holdings in SA, ahead of a deal on KSM, - unless there was some problem.   On April 4, Rudi exercised 100,000 options, and on April 7, in an exercise of rights he bought an additional 28,000 shares, so he increased his holdings by 128,000 shares in April. On May 17, he sold 48,000 shares
