Currently, Seabridge is in talk about possible JV for the project. Based on recent royalty based financing the current project value is $12-15 bln. Even if they do not find a JV pertner, there are other royalty investment institution, privare equities, public pension plans, etc. willing to make the investment. Seabridge can easily sell 10-12% royalty stake for $1.5 bln and use the funds to build the mine alone. This would be the best value option for shareholders.
