What does selling an asset have to do with NO MTT solution well after over 10 years of telling investors it's coming soon. 1)What is soon 50 years? 2)Having precious metals on the moon means zero if there is no way to mine it and provide the investors with a cash return? 3)Which month was the JV to take place in 2024? Simple questions eh?

  Simple question. Do you own the stock? If you do you should be happy that the stock is up big time this year. If not, why do you care what happens with this company.

The simplest solution, not rocket science, is for SEA just to buy up Treaty Creek and own one of the biggest Gold deposits in the world. All 3 companies share prices are depressed, but if Gold prices continues to strengthen that may not last.

Once SEA is willing to pay between $8-$10 per share for TUD, the 60% owner of Treaty Creek.

A bit of a high valuation for TUD, seeing as how it only just back over $1 and you could probably buy 50% of the float before it even touched $2.50. Yes, it's these crazy oversold undervalued Gold markets. SEA could easily step in with a part cash more share offer, it wouldn't be hard to price all 3 for an approved takeover. That's one advantage SEA has, a low share count and cash on

Huh? Why are so many owners of SEA stock over on the TUD thread bashing the stock several times a day for years? I'm just answering their questions over here.  I'm asking very simple common sense questions to which there is never an answer.  9 months into 2024 and no concrete route for the MTT and NO JV. This is public knowledge.
