Pay attention to article 5 - Limitations. As a SEA shareholder I am incredibly concerned about the frivolous news release issued by SEA before this document (LOO) was available to the public. It clearly outlines SEA cannot go through TUD claims. I am taking all my money out of SEA. TUD is the better play as far as I'm concerned with this information coming to light.

the longer talks drag on without an agreement , makes me think there are problems that any potential partner does not want to deal with . is rudi being honest with sea shareholders ?
