1 line in the press release , saying what  , if any , these challenges are having on the joint venture talks , or even a mention that the joint venture talks are continuing , would have been helpful / nice .

It's obvious that these challenges will have an effect on the joint venture talks.  Both NRs state that the legal dispute may drag on for at least a year or longer.    The lawyers of all parties (including the ministries) now have a lot of work ahead of them.    And I would argue that Tudor Gold has not yet commented on the MTT route at all. It won't ...more

Indeed, not looking good, just one hurdle after another. Very surprised they didn't go after TC when the stock was above $25 a share. Waiting for the next shoe that might drop.
