Tudor Tries Again
>TUD already made its arguments against the License Of Occupation for the tunnels before the LOO was renewed by the BC government.
>TUD does not have even a PEA to show TC is economic
>SEA has said they will move the tunnel route if/when TC has an approved and permitted mine plan that is adversely affected by the tunnels
>Rudi says in a news release he has offered to meet with TUD to discuss the tunnels. Have they met?
>The tunnels will help TUD develop TC and any valuable material obtained from the tunnel construction will be set aside for TUD
>Is TUD trying to squeeze money out of SEA because it can't finance? Since SEA has approval for the tunnels, this is not going to work imho.

This sounds like the talk of someone very concerened ... not confident .TUD is in the drivers seat on this issue and you know it.
