Kerr Mine financing

Seems to allow for shorting, with a warrant buyback for 2 years

Not really sure what you're your talking about...the majority of financings include a common share purchase warrant as a sweetener...thankfully, the most recent KER financing which closed on August 10th, 2020, each of the 35,720,000 units issued, only included one half of one common share purchase warrant. Speaking of warrants, 21.2 million KER warrants @ 0.21 are set to expire later this ...more

GEEZ. Month & 1/2 ago you owned 524K. Now over 1 Million??  You've been busy. I call BULL SHET on this.

I sold 1/3 of my postion over the last two weeks, for no other reason that when I sell shares, whatever stock it is goes up withing two weeks.  The more I sell the more it goes up...like clockwork.  But here I'll hold my 2/3 remaining position for a nice little gain next week - if trends hold!

O come on, be a pal. Sell the rest so we can get to .17
Comment by gold_strike on Nov 11, 2020 4:39pm
Oh, if I sold off the rest it would go to a buck or more for sure.   I think 17 cents is in the cards for a 1/3rd sell.    No less than three exploration stocks I owned and sold over the last 10 to 12 years ended up being ten baggers within a few months time!   And I didn't own a large number of these types of stock during that time.
