I agree.  I communicated with him during the past week.  The company is ready to complete the expansion, getting the funding traunches along the way.  Everything is in place.  It has taken a long time to get to this point.  The permits were a big problem and took much longer than anticipated.   I have kept buying cheap stock during the past year.  It;s hard
