running a co. theright way

I have a co. Maple  Gold Mining, about .30 that has a property being explored for gold....progressi in the preliminary stage..the Pres. of the co. arranged a deal ,full partnership with Agnico..Agnico threw into the deal an adjoining piece of property.Agnico is a 73dollar stock....We have a ready to go ,fully permitted property, with equipment etc. with a payback of 2 years at $1800 gold...in the bios of managemet they claim to have put together deals worth millions of dollars...well let see them do it...I dont want some merger with another co. that has a higher priced stock and I wind up with less shares...I have bundle of shares and do no want dilution.
