3) Giulio brought us TOP TEIR management in and they need incentive . These guys are being approached almost weekly by other companies reps to come join them ! Why ? They are TOP TEAM members !
4) Dont believe the nonsense that 25 cent options would make a difference in the shareprice . Who says ? Who knows ? You and I dont control the market or the POG . But I will add the bashers woulda continued no matter the price .
5) But 10 cents makes no diff , except for incentives to the managment . They are going to be rewarded for a rerate and that is because of a job well done . Added value !

Tax Los selling
The Gold market has seen a number of jrs micros fall . Thats the way it is and all the whining here does not change that .
With tax season upon us we cant control tax loss selling but value will change this AFTER the fact !
