Well, Sabre Gold Mines Corp. Management & Directors need to bring the price per share UP but splitting them 2/1 or 10/1 isn't how you do it in my humble opinion!
This will NOT instill confidence in your investors, Eric Sprott or Star Royalties etc...&  Going quickly into commercial gold production is the best way to make these shares POP so...

The 10 for 1 reverse split is a given IMO.   This should not be a surprise.   But the share price currently has already taken that into account however, as it has ever since the Golder Preditor acquisition.  Of course every exploration company's management will always say they want to avoid a RS before they do it.  On the other hand a consolidation sometimes does

This does make a lot of sense.  After a reverse a new company would have 120,000 plus  shs outstanding.  The CEO is leaving and GB could come in now that he will be getting a good salary.  They are boh operating in the Walker Ln Belt.  (60 mi from each other) It would become a good size operating junior with projects in Arizona and Canada. This old hole in the ground has had a consolidation before. When Kerr bought the money pit off Bonanza, they has 735,000,000 shares & did a 1-15. Same O'l Same crud. Sure have had alot of money thrown at this & the only one making any money are the weekly paychecks being written.

Happy New year everybody,  I am still following both stocks (ELVT and SGLD). Today both stocks finished at 0.185 with both co. having done a reverse split in the last 14 mo. I am still convinced that there is something to do in merging these 2 co. Since ELVT is producing and they need higher grade ore feed. We have that. My two cents. Trebuh
