We need to bring this to the shareholders to vote on and simply allows us the ability to do up to 10 for 1.
 
At 630M shares out all our large shareholders support this and while we will have seller we have buyers who are simply happy to buy at these low prices. On CopperBank a company for which I acquired the key asset we did a 4 for 1 and the stock is now 4 times higher all in the past 12 months. Several other examples as frankly the value of the assets is what matters so 1million shares at 10 cent or 100,000 at $1 is simply the same but, I appreciate small minded folks don’t get this which is sadly the case with most all our Kerr shareholders who predate me by years.
 
As I said I keep fixing this and the share price will follow but, I am equally unhappy about this so on one point I do get why you are not pleased but, this will change.

So, what if it is GB email?  There are 65% of the stockholders being insiders and families etc.   They have lots of capital to buy up the cheap shares.  The assets are there.  The Cap rate is rediculous!  Take a look at Skeena Resources.  They did a reverse and the stock is now listed on the NYSE and doing great!  We have a lot to look forward to with this

Correction.  I meant 10 to one not 100 to one.  In addition, this has been discounted in the market already, Hence the very low price of the stock.
