Actually, I used the wrong analogy of "big elephant in the room" which is used if there is a problem nobody sees.   But I'm about to hit the sack and falling asleep at the computer so that's my excuse.   At any rate, I meant to say something like "a hidden positive factor nobody is looking at"!
