News Flow to begin soon....

Many positive cataylsts leading to production.

I believe the stock price will move up accordingly...but...the significant moves will not come until they can show the investment community that they can mine successfully, which means ramp up will meet or exceed managements expectations.

Talk is cheap and the market at this time is not buying what they are selling...in otherwords a "show me story".

What are the catalylsts moving forward:

Results of definition drilling in terms of grade, widths and spacing to support stope mining.

Mining Contractor...very important...age of mining fleet...reputation..
able to attract talent and experience...commitment to the project...do they believe in the story?

Mining plan in terms of accessible headings namely number of stopes to feed the mill to plan...build up to 600 tons per day at a steady rate.

Will the stopes actually be as they have stated relatively "flat" in nature and extend as such both in width and length in a manner that will provide easy and economical feed for the mill.

The stock consolidation is a given...Bonifacio has stated numerous times in the past that he is not a supporter of such..but..they need additional funds and he has done the right thing and cleared the way for
it.   We are most likely looking at 1 for (5 or 6) even though they have the go ahead for up to 1 for 10...we must remember that a significant stock float will attract investors...too tight and the investment community will not be able to trade effectively and feel trapped due to liquidity issues.

The consolidation will be accompanied by a money raise either in the same announcement or shortly after...they are working on that right now.

In my opinion the story is a very good one...many "longs" or past investors who gave up on the story may defer in opinion..so be it...I have a clear picture of what should develop in 2022...so far so good.

Mines are few and far between...they have taken the time necessary and further have the personnel to "pull this off."  Bonifacios approach and tenacity is admirable and I look forward to positive events as this project moves forward.

One more thing...the delay in production so to speak will work to our favour...the gold price has held very well which is speaking loudly..further price gains are in our future...the timing works in our favour to be sure!

I will post my comments on a regular basis as the news flow begins to demonstrate the "game plan" both negative or positive...things should
begin to get exciting moving forward!

All the Best!  These "things" take time.  I only invested a relatively short time ago...it is a normal process...nothing to worry about at this time.

Regards,

Digger and Harley, I am not trying to bash or be negative, just researching.  I have owned AZG and now this for about one year, and I have been eagerly anticipating production startup in Arizona.   So I started researching Mr Bonifacio and his team, and I do not see anyone on the team who has listed in their background experience bringing a mine from brownfield or greenfield through ...more

These 2 mines are definatly Brownfield. Lots of infractures are already in place. Both mines were producing in the past. Bonifacio is the money man. His job is to come up with the funds to bring mine into production. He has a staff that can get the rest done. Hiring the proper Mining Company will make the difference.

GoldenPolarBear, Thank you.  This is excellent information.  Somehow I missed these gentlemen.  This looks like a great team!  Something like Christian Milau put together back in 2017 when he formed Trek which became Equinox.
