Sabre has lowered its debt from US $14M to US $11M

Sabre Gold Mines Corp. TSX:SGLD / OTCQB:SGLDF has lowered its debt from US $14M to US $11M by selling a non-core investment.

• The company was able to extend the maturity date of its remaining debt by one year. It has also appointed a new CEO, who was previously the CFO of McEwen Mining (NYSE: MUX).

• SGLD is currently seeking project financing, and our analysts believe the new CEO's corporate finance background should be beneficial.
