Normally, a pay back period of 2 years is very good.  However, that is when mines have a life expentancy of 10 plus years.  The problem with this one is of course a 2 year pay back on a mine with a 5.5 year life expectancy is not that great.  Any conservative investor throws out year one as most mines have hickups on start ups.  So now you need almost 1/2 of the mine life for ...more
