I think it's pretty clear at this point that nothing will ever happen here, anyone still holding on to a hope or dream of this should seek counseling.

Something will happen. The big shareholders will sell for small dollars to someone.  Any retail will get finally screwed out of even the pitiful amount they may have retained..
