Gold up over $25.00 US An Ounce, But Anaconda Still Down

With Gold futures up over $25.00 an ounce this morning, you expect Anaconda Mining's downward trend to end.

Usually, when Gold Futures go up, so do Gold Stocks due to its direct correlation.

Doesn't seem that way today as Anaconda Mining shares are down so far.

We need the Halifax Hercules to buy more shares and powerlift this stock to the price it is supposed to be at.

The stock is down 1c on volume of about 5k shares. For whatever reason the volume is depressingly low, but as a result any movements either way are, frankly, meaningless and not indicative of anything other than there being a few desperate sellers/opportunistic buyers (when it's slipping down) or the reverse when it makes a weak foray north.
