Now we know why the share price stucked in the last weeks.

Anaconda Mining Announces Third Quarter 2021 Financial Results

Anaconda Mining Announces Third Quarter 2021 Financial Results

So that seems to me the reason why not mre people bought ANX shares in the last weeks and why the SP is down now:

- Anaconda sold 2,574 ounces of gold in Q3 2021, generating metal revenue of $5.8 million at an average realized gold price* of $2,242 (US$1,779) per ounce sold;

- All-in sustaining cash costs per ounce sold*, including corporate administration and sustaining capital expenditures, was $3,979 (US$3,158) for Q3 2021, which reflects increased mine waste development and sustaining capital to advance Stog'er Tight;

But I see the potential in this news for the near future to come:

Gold production from the updated Argyle Mineral Reserve (effective September 1, 2021) is expected to be approximately 29,500 ounces based on an 87% overall mill recovery, setting up Anaconda for a record year of production in 2022, at an average operating cash cost per ounce sold of $1,112 (US$878)*;

On October 19, 2021, the Company announced an expanded Mineral Resource for Stog'er Tight, including Indicated Mineral Resources of 642,000 tonnes at a grade of 3.02 g/t gold (62,300 ounces of gold) and Inferred Mineral Resources of 53,000 tonnes at a grade of 5.63 g/t gold (9,600 ounces of gold), increasing the potential for a mine life extension at Point Rousse;

- As of September 30, 2021, the Company had a cash balance of $10.6 million and working capital* of $6.3 million and additional available liquidity of $3.0 million from and undrawn revolving line credit facility with the Royal Bank of Canada.

The most important facts for me are that Anaconda has enough Cash Flow to pay its bills and develop The BEAST GOLDBORO. For me this was the Game changer in 2018 for the hole company. And 2022 for me will be the game changer in generatin Cash Flow because of the expectet "record year of production in 2022 with 29,500 ounces of Gold at an average operating cash cost per ounce sold of $1,112 (US$878)"

There will be a time when we ask us how we could get so cheap shares of ANX.

I'm just tired of seeing those NRs about the bad 3 quarters.  I hope we are done now.  We already knew that the financials would have been pretty bad.  Let's get over it and focus on the good things to come.   From the Discussion M&A: Mine operations in the third quarter were focused on mine waste development at Argyle with 802,087 tonnes of waste moved ...more

After all the good work you do, you're starting to sound a bit on the basher side. We may have to change your name to DoomD-Doom (LOL). If you have concerns with Kevin & Rob (BTW 2 of the best in the business) give them a call. Office in Toronto, and very accessible. Don't bash. We're in good hands. And like others have said, we'll wonder why we didn't buy at these prices.  ...more

I agree with you that bashing a stock you own is never a good idea. I have no tolerance for people that are always bashing for no serious reason (Hello Moose!). But in this case, I really don't consider DDD'S post as bashing. He simply points out that Kevin & Rob have lost some credibility with the missed targets for Q1, and the missed revised targets for Q2 and then again for Q3. I ...more

Hey SgtFriday, I'm no basher.  I'm no pumper neither as I'm calling both the good and the bad shots.  Those guys have our money in their hands so we have the rights to voice out some critics.  They over-promised with Argyle and this killed the nice momentum we had this summer. I'm anxious to see the Crux interview as I want to assess how Kevin will manage the Argyle ...more

The best way to get investors to jump on the train, is not ot tell them the Engineer driving the train doesn't know what he's doing. Don't air your dirty laundry in public (thank god you're not in my family). Call them, get the facts from your Engineer. Then post. I have a friend who reads your stuff, and decided to wait before adding to his position. Wonder how many others?

So you want me to be a pumper then... Like all of you here, I want to see the SP going to the moon.  Your friends and the "many others" are responsible for their own decision and due dilligence.  As for me, I'm posting my own analysis.  Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong. But I know that our posts here make their way to the board.  But you know what ...more

Geeezzzz some are basing their investing decisions by reading these boards?!? Ayayaye.....

Very "funny" on these boards, when you put out some negative facts, you're always tagged as a basher.... 1st DDD isn't a basher, sure at 1000%. 2nd, why do you think SP went from over 1$ to mid 60's?! Are you blaming 100% external factors like tax loss season, POG, summer, warrant owners? I think Management/ANX are way more accountable for the SP drop than everything else ...more

Thanks Rogg47 for "the support" BUT I want to clarify here my position about some of the points you are listing. I agree that they've lost "some" credibility but I do not go as far as "not being impressed by management" as, aside from the Argyle mess, they were doing ok at maximizing Point-Rousse and developing Goldboro with the cards they have in their hands.& ...more

DDD, I respect your point of view but even for Goldboro, I'm not impressed by what they "did" after the PAE to promote it (none IMO). So at this point of the year, all around, there are bad moves than good ones but hey, everyone has his own point of view and appreciation
Comment by Rogg47 on Nov 05, 2021 12:15pm
*Not enough* instead of none
Comment by DoumDiDoum on Nov 05, 2021 12:31pm
Yeah, everyone has his opinion and expectations.  I respect that too. My take on the promotion for Goldboro is that they stopped after seeing that the 30 cents warrants' holders were just killing their effort.  So it was an "ok" decision.  But now, they do not have any excuse to stunt us with the real deal on the promo side.
