Is Gold In A Drought?

With gold futures going down for the 6th day in a row, some investors are starting to worry if this important strategic commodity is experiencing a drought of its down.

Normally, when a commodity decreases, its just for a day or two, but six days in a row is a bit of a concerns.

In addition, Gold was suppose to climb to $2200 US this year, but its far from reaching that target this year.

When will investors realize that Treasuries are a bad investment you're only paid simple interest and bond yields don't change even when interest rates go up?

Gold was down initially prior to the big run last recession, these same comments arose back then.. i personally dont think we are at the wost part of this economic downturn, when the ball is dropped in the next 3-6months is when we see influx back into gold, Cash is king right now and thats not going to last too long if history will repeat. Just an opinion, anything can happen :)
