I'm very partial to the townhouse too....They have good Jazz on Thursdays Maybe if Cemetery Hill is too cold when we hit $1 (or should we raise it to $2.40) we can rent the townhouse for a celebration. Got nothing much more to add, but I'm happy to kep accumulating on dips.
