3 Jobs and Mine Financing Soon

Comment by DoumDiDoum on Jan 04, 2023 3:29pm
I'm not so sure about a financing package being a done deal as that would be material change and  insiders (Kevin and Rob) bought 2 weeks ago. They would have been blacked out. Also, Kevin was pretty clear in his last Crux interview that they will wait for the stars to be aligned and that they have time. I do not think that being in the thirties is the right scenario for signing a ...more

Facts always replace speculation . Financing is not material until the contract is signed. Blackouts of two weeks or so ago would not be violating exchange rules . However, your point remains a consideration . But, why hire the required construction and Admin staff for the required mine construction period in March ?

It takes time to build solid teams and find the proper employees. So hiring a manager and leaders in advance just makes sense in my opinion.  According to the the last presentation Kevin has done in November, mine construction is not supposed to happen prior to April 2024 as detailed engineering is not over before March 2024. I propose you and any new comers go through the presentation ...more

The financing will come long before mine construction begins. Many lead items will require to be sourced and ordered in advance and contracts let for various facilities like power and other infrastructure items . None of this can proceed without secured financing . This will take many months to  coordinate all of the logistics and installation services. So, mine construction in 2024 will ...more

Yep, makes sense. But I think in the video with Crux, Kevin made it clear that we might not have financing early in 2023. Anyway, things change.  But I would like to see the SP much nearer to a buck before we finance this project!

I'm with Doum, Ita called a work back schedule. If they want to start construction in 2024 they need to start hiring now. If they advertise for 8 weeks, and interview for 8 weeks, and wait 12-16 weeks to have someone do house hunting trips and relocate - more than half a year will have gone by.  And it is going to take at least that long, if not longer in today's job market. It ...more

.......things only look good for a refinancing if they don't do a private placement at the current SP with their mates and where the new shares have huge numbers of cheap warrants attached so the rest of us mugs get diluted to hell and back............

In the last PP, for which a lot of people complain but was a good thing at the end, 5 861 337 warrants were attached to it at a strike price of 0.74. They expire in June 2025. They are the only warrants outstanding. Kevin and Rob are not too prompt to offer warrants but it is expected when raising an important amount in equity when financing the development of a project.  For example ...more

Thank you. Raising money by getting those 74 cent warrants into the money is the cheap way as it will raise about $4 million in cash . We already have about $16 million in cash and investments, so with $20 million in cash, we have plenty of it to finance near term operating expenses. So, there is no need of an equity financing. Besides, we have those western assays coming our way and my ...more
